Power points can be installed almost anywhere in an Innova Construction project. Optimal design places power points and light switches adjacent to panel joints for ease of installation.

Yes, the InsulLiving® system is significantly more thermally efficient. While uninsulated double brick has an ‘R’ value of around 0.5, the 140mm thick InsulWall® panels used by Innova Construction boast an ‘R’ value of 3.7, providing superior temperature control and energy efficiency.

Damage to the walls is rare due to the strong steel construction of the InsulWall® panels. However, if repairs are needed, they can be done using similar methods to plaster walls inside or standard patch and fill techniques outside.

Fixtures such as pictures, wall cupboards, and brackets can be mounted anywhere on InsulWall® panels. Detailed guidance on weights and mounting techniques is available from Bondor’s Technical Services Department.
